Our Small Meeting Room has recently been extensively refurbished, equipping the space with a modern kitchen area for preparing drinks and snacks, as well as a large screen to link to a laptop computer for presentations and online conference calls.

The space is suitable for small meetings, presentations, craft workshops, children’s parties, and more.

As well as for small meetings the room may also be hired as a crèche  in connection with larger events in either the Church Hall or the Worship Space. (only possible when children will be under continuous supervision – see Safeguarding).

If you wish to book this room in conjunction with either the Hall or the Worship Space this must be discussed with the Church at the time of booking and additional charges may apply.

Kitchen Area

The room is equipped with a small drinks and snacks preparation area – facilities include a kettle and toaster, under counter fridge with small freezer box, crockery and cutlery for up to 16 people, utensils sink and cleaning materials, and a hand wash basin. 

Childrens Parties

For Children’s Parties, the room is fully equipped with eco friendly plastic plates, bowls, cups, serving platters, jugs, and more – to serve all your party food.

An undercounter fridge is available to keep your food fresh, and includes a small freeeze box for lollies and ice creams. 

The room may be booked in conjunction with the Church Hall, providing a large space for the fun and games and a seperate room to set up the food and drinks. 

Tech and Presentations

For small meetings and presentations the room is equiped with a 50 inch flat screen TV to connect you own laptop computer via an HDMI cable which is also provided. 

If the computer you bring does not have an HDMI socket it is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct adaptors. 


You are most welcome to bring your own light refreshments to your event. 

The room is equipped with enough crockery and cutlery for up to 16 people, as well as providing a kettle, toaster, teapot, and cafetières, and more.

Tables and Chairs

The room is equipped with four folding tables which are large enough to sit 4-6 people, as well as 12 upholstered chairs. (more chairs are available on request)

There are also six small stools which can be used either for aditional seating, or as side tables for drinks and snacks.


Complementing the indoor space, the room has access to a small enclosed garden which can be accessed via the double patio doors. 

Children’s parties are welcome to use the space to play outside (under your supervision), and for small meetings the garden is ideal (in suitable weather) as a breakout space during breaks for refreshments. 


The lighting in the room has two settings, one for bright ‘daylight’ illumination, and another for a softer ‘warm light’ effect – both can be dimmed to your required level. 

The softer lighting effect is recomended for groups where people with sensory processing needs are present.
